The INSITE Prepress Portal System connects you to our workflow. Its Web-based tools provide online job submission that drives automatic files processing at Advanced Color Graphics, and simplifies proofing review and job approval.

Advanced Color Graphics has set up a trial run for new insite users.

Use the following User Login and Password to preview Advanced Color Graphics' Insite System. note the capilization the login and passwords is case sensitive.

Username: ACGtestdrive
Password : ACGtestdrive01

General Instructions:

This "User name" is a demo only, and just one person can be logged it at a time. If you can't login when you try it, try again later or call us for a real username and password!

You must use the latest Microsoft Internet Explorer or Apple Safari web browsers with the latest Java plug in installed to access and use Insite.

Click on "New Job" to create a place for your files. You can fill in "Job Code," "Project Code," and "Notes" if you like, then "Create Job."

Click on the job you just created. To add specifics such as the type of folding, click on the grid icon in the blue bar under the job's name in the middle of the screen. There, you can create a job info sheet - click okay, and then edit. Try different options, then "update".

Scroll over the icons in the blue bar to see descriptions of various functions available to your online.

Click back on the "home" icon and see your notes as you entered them.

To upload files, click on "New Upload..."
IMPORTANT: When asked if you will trust the applet certificate from Kodak Graphic Communications Canada Company, answer "Trust" - it's how the program talks back and forth with you.

Give the upload a name if you like, then drag and drop files - click "upload".

Advanced Color Graphics will get your files directly on our server and we'll know they're here moments after they arrive - it's that easy. But, in case you have any, or questions, or when you want your own Insite account, just call us. We'd love to demo all of the features - and there are A LOT of features besides just uploading files.

For instance, you can proof your pages online, and manage your "job site" from your office or home, adding other users or giving access to specific jobs for your customers to review.
